Those who have recklessly consumed this essential resource and those governments who want to make more profit from owning it now have their eyes on the Guarani aquifer.

This documentary aims to prove the depth of the interference of the USA, the World Bank, IMF,etc, in the economy and business of other countries. Filmed in locations around The Guarani The movie exposes how rumors of terrorism in the South, especially in space of this triple border are used fraudulently as an excuse for these powerful entities to intervene military in order to control these natural resources. This film interviews interviews scientists, politicians and journalists, including Nobel Prize Adolfo Perez Esquivel.
