CLINTON LIST

  • It was Bill Clinton who inherited the unipolar world at the falling of the Berlin Wall and the incredible opportunity that event held out for humanity. Instead of cashing out NATO and transforming the world with the "peace dividend" he doubled down on the war machine and advanced NATO into Eastern Europe in spite of the fact that Bush the Father had promised Gorbachev that the US would do no such thing.
