They claim they won’t be taking money from the billionaire neoliberal thief who is now living in Germany, instead they claim their will be crowd-sourcing their little NGO.
For those of you who don’t understand that, when an NGO “crowd-sources” their projects, what happens is big globalist U.S. and Western interests use various programs which create “personae” and donate randomly generated amounts to the crowd-sourced project. This way they can protect the NGO from being exposed as being funded by regime change operations like the National Endowment for Democracy and other State Department ops. They can even make the personae look like they reside in Russia if they want. That way they can pretend their is a certain legitimacy of support behind them.
