thanks for your kind comments and the analytical resources on Venezuela. While I'm skeptical that Chavez will succumb to the dictatorial urge, I'm keenly interested in what he's doing, and hopeful of its outcome. It's of vast historical significance, and gets so little press here. An American think tank, if Chavez chose to employ one, might (rather than use a word as dirty as socialism) describe what he's doing as regional neo-liberalism.
