...the 3rd world's elite tends to be Westernised and Mammonised as well. They send their children to be educated in Harvard, their army officers to Fort Benning, and get dependent on foreign aid which they siphon off while indebting their own people, who they look down on or at best treat as kulacks or plantation workers.
They also have this inferiority complex, much fostered by the west, so no wonder they all have bolt holes there, in case they need to escape the avenging mobs, and kiss, with such passion, western ass.
